Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v0.5.4

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/Trycycler/0.5.4

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/Trycycler/0.5.4
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Warning! By default 16 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -t option of trycycler command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Trycycler/example_on_cluster 

To submit: sbatch test_Trycycler-v0.5.4.sh
