Warning! By default 8 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -t option of unicycler command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.


Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Unicycler/example_on_cluster

To subit: sbatch test_Unicycler-v0.5.0.sh
