Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/Unimap/0.1

Warning! Default value for the '-t' parameter is 3. Don't forget to adjust -t  option of unimap commmand and --cpus-per-task option of sbatch

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Unimap/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_unimap-v0.1.sh
