Load binaries and environment:

#Need Miniforge env
module load devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3-init

module load bioinfo/VDJ-Insights/0.1.0

Warning! By default 8 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --threads option of vdj-insights commands  and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/VDJ-Insights/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_vdj_insights-0.1.0.sh
