module load bioinfo/Vcfstats/1.2

java -jar $VCFSTATS_HOME/VcfStats-assembly-1.2.jar ...

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Vcfstats/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_Vcfstats-v1.2.sh (just help option)
