Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v3.1

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/Yleaf/3.1

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/Yleaf/3.1
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Yleaf/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_Yleaf-v3.1.sh (No data sample found, so just help option)
