Load binaries and environment:

-> Version v0.11.2

#Need Miniforge
module load devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3
module load bioinfo/alevin-fry/0.11.2

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/alevin-fry/0.11.2
module unload devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3

Warning! Sometimes default 16 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust simpleaf and alevin-fry threads option and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/alevin-fry/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_alevin-fry-v0.11.2.sh  (No simple example found , so just help option)
