Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/art_modern/1.3.2

Warning! By default all cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --parallel option of art_modern and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/art_modern/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_art_modern-v1.3.2.sh
