Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/blue-crab/0.3.0

Warning! By default 8 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -t option of blue-crab p2s and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/blue-crab/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_blue-crab-v0.3.0.sh
