Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v0.7.0

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/chopper/0.7.0

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/chopper/0.7.0
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Warning! By default 4 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --threads option of chopper and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/chopper/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_chopper-v0.7.0.sh
