module load bioinfo/currentNe2/1.0.1

Warning! By default 8 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -t option of gone2 and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/currentNe2/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_currentNe2-v1.0.1.sh
