Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v4.1.4

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/dbCAN3/4.1.4

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/dbCAN3/4.1.4
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Database path  (--db_dir): /usr/local/bioinfo/src/dbCAN3/dbCAN3-v4.1.4/db/

Warning! By default 8 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/dbCAN3/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_dbCAN3-v4.1.4.sh
