module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/fixchr/686160d

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/fixchr/686160d
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/fixchr/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_fixchr-686160d.sh (No data sample found , so just help option)
