Load binaries and environment:

-> Version v0.8.5

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/gappa/0.8.5

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/gappa/0.8.5
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/gappa/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_gappa-v0.8.5.sh
