Load binaries and environment:

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/gargammel/1.1.2

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/gargammel/1.1.2
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------


/usr/local/bioinfo/src/gargammel/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_gargammel-v1.1.2.sh
