Load binaries and environment:

-> Version v0.6.3

module load bioinfo/grenedalf/0.6.3

Warning! By default several cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --threads option of grenedalf command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/grenedalf/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_grenedalf-v0.6.3.sh
