or use absolute path
java -Xmx4g -jar /usr/local/bioinfo/src/hap-ibd/hap-ibd-a3fdd2d/hap-ibd.jar ...

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/hap-ibd/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_a3fdd2d.sh
