Load binaries and environment:

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/hicstuff/3.2.1

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/hicstuff/3.2.1
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/hicstuff/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_hicstuff-v3.2.1.sh
