Load binaries and environment:

-> Version v0.9.93

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/ipyrad/0.9.93

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/ipyrad/0.9.93
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/ipyrad/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_ipyrad-v0.9.93.sh
