Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v1.1.0

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/kmdiff/1.1.0

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/kmdiff/1.1.0
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Warning! By default 128 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -t option of kmdiff command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/kmdiff/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_kmdiff-v1.1.0.sh
