Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v1.4.6

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/mashtree/1.4.6

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/mashtree/1.4.6
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/mashtree/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_mashtree-v1.4.6.sh
