Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v0.10.0

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/modbam2bed/0.10.0

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/modbam2bed/0.10.0
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/modbam2bed/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_modbam2bed-v0.10.0.sh
