Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/oarfish/0.9.3

Warning! By default 3 cpu are used on the node (must be >=3). Don't forget to adjust --threads option of oarfish and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/oarfish/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_oarfish-0.9.3.sh
