module load statistics/R/4.2.2 bioinfo/samtools/1.18 devel/python/Python-3.11.1

module load bioinfo/pathPhynder/9d7abcb

-> Version v1.2.3

#Need Miniforge
module load devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3
module load bioinfo/pathPhynder/1.2.3

To unload module, unload  in order:

module load bioinfo/pathPhynder/1.2.3
module unload devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3


Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/pathPhynder/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_pathPhynder-9d7abcb.sh

ou

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/pathPhynder/example_on_cluster/pathPhynder-v1.2.3

sbatch test_pathPhynder-v1.2.3.sh
