Load binaries and environment:

-> Version v3.1.1

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/pbtk/3.1.1

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/pbtk/3.1.1
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/pbtk/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_pbtk-v3.1.1.sh
