Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v2.1.5

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/pyMLST/2.1.5

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/pyMLST/2.1.5
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/pyMLST/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_pyMLST-v2.1.5.sh
