Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v0.3.1

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/pypolca/0.3.1

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/pypolca/0.3.1
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/pypolca/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_pypolca-v0.3.1.sh
