Load binaries and environment:

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/quarTeT/1.1.6

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/quarTeT/1.1.6
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

-> Version v1.2.5

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3
module load bioinfo/quarTeT/1.2.5

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/quarTeT/1.2.5
module unload devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3



Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/quarTeT/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_quarTeT-v1.1.6.sh
