Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v4.8.6

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/sourmash/4.8.6

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/sourmash/4.8.6
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/sourmash/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_sourmash-v4.8.6.sh
