Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v3.1.6

#Need Miniforge
module load devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3
module load bioinfo/vConTACT3/3.1.6

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/vConTACT3/3.1.6
module unload devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3

Warning! By default all cpus are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -t option of vcontact3 command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Databases path: /usr/local/bioinfo/src/vConTACT3/vcontact3-v3.1.6/db
Database option "--db-path /usr/local/bioinfo/src/vConTACT3/vcontact3-v3.1.6/db --db-version 230"

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/vConTACT3/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_vcontact3-v3.1.6.sh
