#Need Miniforge
module load devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3

#If need gfacpp
module load bioinfo/gfacpp/8890f25

module load bioinfo/verkko-fillet/0.1.19

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/verkko-fillet/0.1.19
module unload devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/verkko-fillet/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_verkko-fillet-v0.1.19.sh  (just verkko help and verkkofillet import)
