The sequences of the 5’ region of the Cytochrome c oxidase subunit I gene (COI-5P) 
were extracted from the BOLD Public Record Barcode Database 

Phylums selected : Arthropoda, Chordata, Mollusca, Nematoda, Apicomplexa & Rotifera. 
The sequences without taxonomic affiliation at the species level were removed, 
as well as those that show a unexpected word (e.g. « unclassified ») or character (e.g. « 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 … ») in a taxonomic rank.
    - BOLD_COI-5P_022019 : Sequences containing more than 40% of N are also removed
    - BOLD_COI-5P_1percentN_022019 : Sequences containing more than 1% of N are also removed.
